Current transactions 2016
- Working with the Partners of a global law firm on the sale of a 5 star, 500 room plus hotel in Paris.
- Advising a West African entrepreneur on a quarter of a billion dollar aviation infrastructure project.
- Appointed to advise a leading English Queens Counsel ( Barrister ) and an English law firm on cases relating to the environmental degradation of certain parts of the Niger Delta, as a result of oil spills.
- Assisting several Nigeria hotel developers with plans to build and develop new hotels in Nigeria, as well as the upgrade and expansion of currently existing hotels in Nigeria.
- Advising on and co - project managing the creation of a consortium comprising both listed and private energy, energy infrastructure, aviation, commodity trading and security IT, with a view to entering a Middle East country to secure business at Governmental level.
- Mandated to help found, develop and create a new African theme restaurant in a super prime location in London. The venture is the brain child of a leading sports agent and two English premiership footballers.
- Requested by a Family Office to assist with establishing direct access to the billionaire owner and founder of charitable foundation.
- Advising shareholders of one of the leading oil companies in Nigeria on key strategic initiatives being implemented to grow and enhance the company, so as to increase market share in country and develop a stronger brand profile internationally.
